Free shipping on every order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

How long will my order take?

Processing: 1 to 4 business days to prepare your order.
Delivery: usually 7 to 14 days after your order ships.

Many of our products ship from our partner warehouses overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than a typical U.S. store. We'll always tell you the honest timeline up front.

Will everything arrive together?

Not always. Kits and multi-item orders may arrive in more than one package, sometimes on different days. If part of your order arrives first, the rest is on its way.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after the first scan.

Address requirements

Please use a complete physical address. We can't deliver to PO boxes.
Drivers on the road: ship to a home address or a place where someone can receive the package, since delivery times can vary.
Double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect packages once they ship.
